Why we built it
Every team has felt it: the board says one thing, the codebase says another. Tasks sit in the wrong column for days, "in progress" means finished-a-week-ago, and keeping it accurate becomes a second job nobody asked for. The plan drifts from the work, and the standups exist mostly to patch the gap.
But the truth was there the whole time. Developers already say what they're doing — in the branches they cut, the commits they write, the pull requests they open and merge. That stream of work is the most honest status report there is. It just had no way to reach the board.
So we connected the two. Bundlle reads the work as it happens and moves the right task forward on its own — starting it when a branch begins, sending it to review when a pull request opens, marking it done when it merges. No dragging, no double-entry, no drift. The board becomes a live reflection of reality instead of a chore that competes with it.
And the work itself keeps changing. More of it now happens inside AI tools, so every workspace exposes its own MCP server — Claude Code, Cursor or claude.ai can read the board and move the work directly, under the same rule as everything else: the board follows the work, wherever the work happens.
And because a tool that acts on its own has to earn trust, we built it to explain itself. Every move comes with a reason and a confidence score; when it isn't sure, it asks before it acts; and it never touches the contents of your code. Quiet when it should be, transparent always.

Work over status updates
Progress should come from the work itself, not from someone remembering to drag a card or fill in a standup. Your board should reflect reality because it reads reality — not because everyone kept it tidy by hand.
Never a black box
Automation you can't see is automation you can't trust. Every move Bundlle makes carries a confidence score and a clear reason, logged where anyone can read it. You're never left guessing what changed or why.
Private by design
Your source code is yours. Bundlle never stores the contents of your files — it reads only the lightweight signal it needs to recognise the work, and leaves the code in GitHub where it belongs.
